Well, what a fab night Singalonga Abba is!!! We managed to get the two hesitant chaps into blonde wigs - our other friend was thoroughly enjoying wearing a long blonde wig, and was waving at anyone who looked at him as he drove along!!! There weren't that many people dressed up at the show though, but the minute the music started, everyone was up and dancing, singing along!! Even our hesitant chaps were up and singing and had to admit they had a fabba night!!!

Today we have to pack DS's bag as he is going on a weeks activity with the school. There is a huge difference on how you go about this same activity with your children. With the first child, I carefully went through the list of things to take, and went out to buy things we were lacking. I spent hours labelling every item of clothing, and going through with her which clothing was for which activity. When she returned after the week, she had worn the new tracksuit we had bought every single day, all the other carefully labelled clothes were still folded in her bag!!!

When second child did same activity week, we roughly went through the list, labelled a few things, and folded it carefully in the bag, going through which outfit was for which activity. Again, the favourite outfit was worn for most the week!

So packing for third child involves a quick glance at the list, writing the name on one or two items, and chucking it all in any available bag!!!

Tonight we are going to Singalonga Abba! This time yesterday, my friend's husband was refusing to go!!! My DH hadn't realised he was dressing up until I produced the wig and moustache I'd bought for him to wear!! "But I dressed up last week!" he muttered!!! Luckily the girls have plenty of blue eyeshadow, and I have just spray painted a pair of boots gold - it should be a fab night!!! I hope we're not the only ones dressed up!!!

I let myself down today! There were 4 of us in the queue at the local post office, only one person serving. We stood in total silence - the lady in front (a snooty well dressed middle aged lady) started looking at cards in the stands to relieve the boredom. She picked up one of these cards that plays a sound when you open it - and when she opened it it farted loudly!!!! She quickly closed it, put it back on the shelf and acted as if nothing had happened.

And that's when I snorted!!! Oh how I wish I could control myself!! I didn't just snort - I then laughed hysterically too!! She looked at me in horror, and turned away - which made me laugh even more! I tried not to - honest I did - but it just made my shoulders go up and down and then I snorted again!!!

At this point I had to make the decision whether to leave or stay - but there was not question, I needed to post the parcels. There wasn't even anyone to share the joke with, you'd think I could control myself!! But no, the more I tried to control myself, the funnier I found it! After what seemed an age, the lady in front of me got to the till - her shoulders had visibly stiffened over the past few minutes, and she had never once looked back at me, despite hearing weird snorting noises!! She shot out of the shop nearly as quickly as me when she was served!!

Today our mad Cocker Spaniel went in for his op to have his bits removed. When I collected him this evening, the vet brought out a very quiet and big eyed dog, who was obviously feeling very sorry for himself. The vet declared that our Cocker Spaniel was obviously going to play on the sympathy for a bit! I know how it goes, I declared loudly, my husband did the same!!

I've been walking around with 4 boobs for the last few years. My bra size has stayed the same as it was 20 years ago, but when I wear this same bra now, the overfill creates what looks like another two boobs when you look at me in a t shirt. I hadn't actually realised or thought about this until last week! I suppose I was a lot lighter 20 years ago! But the need for a bra to go with a top for our party made me pop into M&S to find one - I took in lots of the old size bra to try on - and was quite happy that they fitted - until by accident I tried on a bigger one - and the fit was lovely!! So then I tried on an even bigger one, and it was even better!

And now I am so proud - instead of a piddling 36A I am the proud owner of 36C boobs!!! I always wanted bigger boobs, and now I have them!!! Although I had them all the time and didn't realise it!!! How mad is that!!!!
